Bill Arnold brings more than three decades of expertise across every phase of residential construction-from foundational carpentry and fine finish work to complex whole-home remodels and custom home builds. His deep design sensibility, creative problem-solving ability, and technical mastery allow him to guide clients seamlessly from concept to completion.

As both owner and project manager, Bill personally oversees each project from the initial consultation through the final walkthrough. This hands-on leadership ensures the elevated craftsmanship, precision, and professionalism that define Modern Builders Co.

After building a highly regarded remodeling business on the West Coast, Bill returned to the East Coast in 2022 to establish Modern Builders Co. with a clear vision: provide discerning homeowners in Northeast Maryland, Delaware, and Chester County, Pennsylvania with a transparent, high-quality remodeling experience grounded in thoughtful design and lasting construction.

Under his direction, Modern Builders Co. blends high-end design, trusted materials, and meticulous workmanship to create refined living spaces built for longevity. Bill’s clients value his attentive service, honest communication, and unwavering commitment to doing the job right.
